Payroll

We provide payroll services as part of our service offerings. These are undertaken internally and the associated costs are included in the overall charge-out rate to clients, meaning there are no unexpected or nasty surprises. Our dedicated payroll team are highly responsive and there for personnel, contractors and clients to contact them whenever there is a concern, an issue or a query to be responded to.
A summary of our service offerings is below:

Safe and secure online portal for each individual to submit timesheets; repository for all essential assignment and payroll-related information (i.e. employment agreements/contracts; TFN and superannuation information)

Processing and payment of approved timesheets, to suit individual requirements – i.e. weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payment cycles.

Payment summaries/payslips after each payment

A strong back-of-house team to support personnel/contractors

Invoicing
We also provide invoicing services to sub-contractors, independent contractors and clients. We generate RCTIs to save time, money and effort. These are generated based on approved timesheets. We also tailor invoices to suit specific requirements, particularly those government agencies which require specially rendered invoices. We attach all requisite documentation, such as timesheets, with the RCTI and then send them out.
